Postage / Shipping Rates

• Postage rates on-line: the amount you pay is based on the amount you spend. Your first item will be £5.50 and will increase incrementally as you add items to your basket. Orders over £150 are posted free of charge. Your postal charges are automatically calculated as you go along so you can always see what you will be charged in your PayPal basket. 
• Postage rates via email or other orders: your first item will be £5.50 and will increase depending on the size of the package and its weight. You will always be advised in advance of postal charges so there are no hidden charges.
• Overseas customers on line: the postal charges are calculated for airmail plus Royal Mail Airsure which offers international tracking and insurance up to £500. Please note Airsure may not be available for your part of the world, if it is not, the next best secure alternative will be used. 
• Overseas customers via email or other orders: your first item will be £5 or if you require Royal Mail Airsure, plus £4 and will increase depending on the size of the package and its weight. You will always be advised in advance of postal charges so there are no hidden charges from us. Please note, you may be charged import or sales duties by your importing authorities according to the laws of your country. These charges are your responsibility and Bespoke Beaded Jewellery is in not liable for any such charges.

Postage Method

• Once you have been notified your order is ready, your package is usually shipped within two business days of cleared payment. If you have paid in advance, your order will be posted within two business days following notification that your order is ready.
• The service used is Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK)and your package will be automatically insured and assigned a tracking number. There is a guaranteed next day delivery for 1pm.
• International shipping uses Royal Mail Airmail plus Airsure, which offers international tracking and insurance and usually takes around 3-5 working days.

Returns & Refunds

• All jewellery is covered by a no quibble quarantee and returns policy. If you wish to return the item, please contact Bespoke Beaded Jewellery to arrange its return. 01793 845415 or email: enquiries@bespokebeadedjewellery.com  
• Faulty Items: Bespoke Beaded Jewellery will make special arrangements with you for shipping and will cover the cost of your postage. Please contact us to arrange this.
• All other returns: you are liable for the cost of return postage and it must be sufficient to ensure its security in transit.
• Refunds will be made using the same method as original payment whenever possible: i.e. PayPal refund, or cheque (or Postal Order) minus postage, unless the item is faulty when the refund will include postage.
