Elizabeth will endeavour to provide you with a bespoke service, offering choice, quality and craftmanship. Ordering in plenty of time before your special event ensures everything is to your satisfaction without last minute stresses. Elizabeth carries a large stock, so please always enquire if you need something last minute and if it is at all possible to meet your requirements, you can be sure that Elizabeth will do her very best for you.

In order that your experience with Bespoke Beaded Jewellery by Elizabeth is as pleasant and easy as possible, please read through the following:

  • All jewellery is described as accurately as possible, including materials used, colour and sizes. Please enquire before you order if you want to know more.

 

  • Any specifications stated during an on-line purchase by you, are binding ~  rectifing mistakes incurs an additional charge. (e.g. mistakes in Swarovski colour, lengths and sizes etc.) Please note that photographs are a representation of colour only and look different depending on your monitor make and settings. If you require a colour match, you are strongly advised to make comparisons with the actual crystals or come along for a consultaion. Mistakes in your jewellery can often be rectified, although this incurs an additional fee and will delay the delivery of your order. 
  • If you would like a  personal consultation, it must be arranged via email enquiries@bespokebeadedjewellery.com  or telephone in advance and is by appointment only.Your consultation is completely free and there is no obligation to purchase.
  • For a bespoke piece, the prices need to be worked out and may not be available there and then. You will, however, be contacted afterwards with a free, no obligation quote. This quote will stand for 28 days.
  • On placing an order, 50% of the price becomes payable. This can be by cash, Postal Order or cheque drawn on a UK bank account with a bank card. If you wish to pay on-line you will be sent a PayPal invoice.  When using PayPal, 100% of the price will be payable in advance.
  • Your jewellery, including orders from the Wedding Collection are made to order (in spite of the stock number stated) and will be ready within a month and often much sooner.  Due to the nature of the jewellery suppliers industry and postal operations, sometimes delays occur and this is why it is important to order your jewellery in plenty of time before the event. Last minute orders can sometimes  be accepted if the required supplies are in stock.  
  • When your jewellery is ready, Elizabeth will contact you to arrange postage or collection. You will need to pay the balance due at collection or before the jewellery is posted. The jewellery will not be released unless the balance is paid, in full, prior to, or at the time of collection.
  • If you are unable to collect your jewellery in person, then it will be sent, upon receipt of the balance plus a postage charge, (usually £5.50) via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This ensures a recorded delivery and adequate insurance. For security purposes, your jewellery cannot be released to a third party.
  • If your jewellery meets with an accident before or after your special event, Elizabeth will repair it for you. Please take into account that you will need to allow time for the repair. If you do not have all the original pieces, the closest matching substitutes will be used. Quotes are available for repairs. Elizabeth can only repair jewellery that she has originally made.
  • Charges are made according to the materials used and the time and skill taken to construct your jewellery. You will never be charged more than the original quote (if ordered within the 1 month time frame), except for a posting charge if this is necessary.
  • If you are delighted with your jewellery, Elizabeth would be very pleased to receive a testimonial or photographs for the website from you!
  • If you are dissatisfied in any way a full, no quibble refund will be given once the piece has been returned in its original, unworn and unused condition.
