How To Buy On-line

  •  Go to the Shopping Cart page and add the items you require to your basket. You have the chance to choose various options and when you are ready to pay, just click the checkout button and, you will be taken to the PayPal checkout system. Here you will be able to add any extra instructions. Your (UK) postage will be calculated automatically based on the amount you spend. PayPal offers guaranteed security and buyer protection.
  • You do not need to open a PayPal account and you can use your credit or debit card for free.
  • Please remember that all purchases are made to order. Your order will be acknowledged with an email and you will be informed when your jewellery is ready.
  • Your jewellery will then be posted to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery by 1pm next day. (Overseas mail uses Royal Mail Airmail).

How To Buy On-line From Overseas

  • Shop by adding items to your basket and when you are ready to pay, just click the checkout button and you will be taken to the PayPal checkout system. The postage calculated will be sufficient for airmail postage and insurance.
  • If you would particularly like any other postal services, such as signed for airmail   delivery, please email   and you will be advised if there are any extra charges and how to pay them.
  • Payments are taken in GBP Sterling and you will need to use PayPal. (Please see above)

How To Buy From The Wedding Collection via Email

  • Send your   email order enquiries@bespokebeadedjewellery.com for all orders.
    • Please specify:
    • 1. Which design you would like
    • 2. Any alterations, such as length, earring fitting, colour of crystal etc.
    • 3. Your name, postal address and   a contact telephone number in case of queries. (See Privacy Policy   ).
  • On placing an order, 50% of the price (plus a postal charge) becomes payable. This can be by cash, Postal Order   or cheque drawn on a UK bank account with a bank card.
  • If you wish to pay on-line, please state this and you will be sent a PayPal invoice. ( www.paypal.com ) You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.   When using PayPal, 100% of the price will be payable in advance.
  • Please remember all purchases are for items made to order and you will be informed when your item is ready. It will then be posted to you.
  • You can alternatively   collect your jewellery in person (you will not be charged for postage).

How To Place Orders For Everything Else via Email

  • Decide what you would like and send the details of this via email enquiries@bespokebeadedjewellery.com Please remember to specify other details such as length, clasps, earring fitting and gemstones etc.
  • You will be contacted and your order confirmed and you will then be sent a free, no-obligation quote. This quote will stand or 28 days.
  • If you wish to go ahead, you can send 50% of the purchase as a cheque, drawn on a UK bank, postal order or cash (if in person). If you want to pay on-line, you can be sent a PayPal invoice when you will need to pay 100%.
  • You will be contacted when your jewellery is ready and on completion of cleared   payment, your jewellery will be sent to you (or you can collect it.)

How to Buy Following a Personal Consultation

  • Following your consultation, you will be given a free, no-obligation quote, which stands for 28 days.
  • To go ahead, a deposit of 50% is required and you can post this or drop it off.
  • When your order is ready, you will be contacted and the balance will become due.
  • You can collect your jewellery at your convenience. 
  • If you are unable to   collect,   your jewellery can be posted, at a charge, via special delivery mail (as this offers sufficient insurance and is a reliable method of delivery).
