Have been approached by Vogue Magazine They are doing a feature on the Best of British Jewellery Design and asked if they could use the Elizabethan Pearls necklace. What an honour Then earlier this week Tatler Magazine asked the same but I couldnt do both so Vogue won my vote. I am so excited and cant wait to see the article. The feature will be in the June 2009 edition so have a lookNow all I have to do is work on my designer collection no mean task I can tell you as each piece is carefully designed and takes quite along time to make. Still I am relishing the challenge and as the creative juices are flowing I will be flame in hand soldering my heart out for the next few weeks.

Have just finished photgraphing the new range of tiaras and bands and discovered that it isnt easy taking pictures of crystals as they either come out blurry or too shiny to see detail. Oh well thats why I make jewellery instead of being a photograher I guess Next tasks upload into website the new pins tiaras and bands range will be online in the next few days. Also I am working on a range of metal combs which will be stunning and suitable not only for weddings but proms and other dressy occasions as well. Also the next couple of weeks will see the launch of new necklace bracelet and earrings pages where you can shop from the stock I take to craft fairs so you can browse your own exclusive craft fair from your armchairLiz.

Happy New YearTo celebrate the arrival of 2009 major changes are coming to the website This means that the galleries will go so that you can browse new shop pages making shopping for fabulous jewellery much easier. Also new for this year I am working on a range of tiaras bands combs and hairpins The bespoke service will apply to the tiara range as I have had many requests already. In addition to all this will be a new range of Dzi bead jewellery made from Tibetan healing beads and hand made silver and throughout the year my work will begin to focus on jewellery featuring contemporary design in jewellery as art. So lots to look forward to but I cant help feeling that the hardest work will be in rearranging the website So thank you in advance for your patience and please feel free to contact me with any queries and please do join my mailing list to be kept up to date with all the delicious new things as they arrive

I was recenltly honoured to be nominated one of 5 national finalists in the Wedding Jewellery Retailer of the Year Awards in association with The Wedding Network and Wedding Professional Magazine. The award ceremony was held last weekend at the magnificent Boreham House in Chelmsford and as it was a black tie do I had tremendous fun dressing up with my daughter Lindsay and our partners escorted us in style
We spent ages looking for the right dresses and eventually found some in a shop in Cirencester called Carriages at Three after trying on practically all their stock I decided on a midnight blue halter neck Grecian style dress and Lindsay chose a silver taffeta gown. She alread had some silver sandals but my search for the elusive dark blue shoes took almost until the deadline. Eventually I found a gorgeous Karen Millen pair of dark blue satin platforms with a satin rose. I have added the details of the hair lady Hair Aloud and the dress maker who made delicate adjustment to our d...
